As the event management team behind Ribfest Chicago, Big Buzz understands the importance and the impact of effectively promoting your organization and your events, and that is why we are now offering two additional services.

MEDIA DISTRIBUTION

For a nominal fee, Big Buzz Idea Group will post your organization’s event on a MINIMUM of 30 relevant community calendar sites including print, radio, television and online sources. Maintaining valuable media contacts and updating media databases can be time-consuming, especially for busy executives who already can’t seem to get enough done in the day. We monitor these sources regularly and can more efficiently distribute information to help spread the word about your special events.

PROOFING SERVICES

We at Big Buzz are extremely result-driven, and we cannot stress enough that the image of your organization is a crucial key to your success. It is also our belief that image is deeply rooted in every communication piece you use to represent yourself, so you cannot afford to overlook a typo in your promotional pieces. For a small fee, we will review web content, newsletters, proposals, brochures and more.
